Description

The subject of the contract is to perform services consisting in: a) collection and management of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from properties located in the municipality of Czernikowo (about 2100 Mg/year), b) collection and management of municipal waste collected in the Municipality of Czernikowo Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Jackowo and drug and battery collection points (about 2100 Mg/year), c) collection and management of municipal waste collected in the Municipality of Czernikowo Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Jackowo and points of collection of medicines and batteries (about 2100 Mg/year). 200 Mg/year), c) equipping real estate inhabited by containers and bags for collecting municipal waste, d) equipping the PSZOK with containers for collecting waste (without handling the PSZOK), e) equipping collection points for medicines and batteries with containers.In the commune of Czernikowo, the communal waste management system covered only inhabited real estate.The method of collecting municipal waste is consistent with the Regulation on the detailed method of selective collection of selected fractions of waste. Collection and management of municipal waste selectively collected from real estate in the following fractions: Fraction I: paper and cardboard Fraction II: plastics, metals and multi-material packaging Fraction II: glass Fraction IV: bio-waste (green waste and kitchen waste from households) in the vegetation season from 1 April to 15 November.The Contractor shall be obliged to transfer unsorted mixed municipal waste to municipal installations, and the remaining waste to entities or installations ensuring the processing of municipal waste in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling methods and the proximity principle, in accordance with the requirements below: The Contractor shall transfer the collected municipal waste to municipal installations ensuring the processing of municipal waste:- for unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, that at least 10 % of the delivered waste will be recovered and recycled or prepared for reuse and that for the whole stream of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, reduction levels of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill will be achieved.The Contractor shall transfer the municipal waste collected from the real estate and collected in the PSZOK to the installations or entities having the decisions, permits or entries in the registers ensuring required by law:- for waste separately collected paper and board that at least 98 % of waste will be prepared for reuse or sent for recycling, - for waste separately collected glass that at least 98 % of waste will be prepared for reuse or sent for recycling, - for waste separately collected plastics, metals and multi-material packaging that at least 80 % of waste will be prepared for reuse or sent for recycling, - for waste separately collected bio-waste that at least 98 % of waste will be prepared for reuse or sent for recycling, - for waste collected in PSZOK i.e. i.e. at least 98 % of waste will be prepared for reuse or sent for recycling, - for waste collected in PSZOK i.e. i.e. at least 12 % of waste will be prepared for reuse or sent for recycling. hazardous waste, medicines, chemicals, waste not eligible for medical waste generated in households as a result of accepting medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in blood, in particular needles and syringes, that 100% of waste will be neutralised, - waste collected in the PSZOK, i.e. waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste tyres, that 100% of waste will be sent for recycling, - waste collected in the PSZOK, i.e.: waste from the recycling of waste, waste from the recycling of waste from the recycling of waste from the recycling of waste from the recycling of waste from the recycling of waste from the recycling of waste from the recycling of waste from the recycling of waste from the recycling of waste from the recycling of waste from the recycling of waste. for waste collected in the construction waste PSZOK, that at least 70 % of the waste will be recovered or prepared for reuse or sent for recycling.
