Description

(1) The subject of the contract is to provide services of collection and management of municipal solid waste: non-segregated and segregated types of glass, paper and cardboard, metals and plastics, from the complexes administered by the 41.BLSz in Dęblin in 2023. (2) The procedure was divided into two independent tasks: a) TASK. I - provision of collection and management of municipal solid waste: non-segregated (mixed) and segregated municipal waste of glass, paper and cardboard, and metals and plastics, from the complexes administered by the 41.BLSz in Dęblin: Dęblin Airfield, Dęblin Fortress, Stawy, Niebrzegów gm. Puławy, Klikawa gm. Puławy, WKU Puławy gm. Puławy, Stężyca gm. Stężyca, Jagodne gm. Stanin, Głusiec gm. Sieciechów.b) ZAD. II - provision of collection and management of municipal solid waste: non-segregated (mixed) and municipal segregated waste such as glass, paper and cardboard and metals -Bezwola commune of Wohyń.
1 The subject matter of the contract is to provide services of collection and management of municipal solid waste: non-segregated (mixed) and segregated municipal waste of glass, paper and cardboard and metals and plastics from the complexes administered by the 41.Base of School Aviation in Deblin: Dęblin Airfield, Dęblin Fortress, Stawy, Niebrzegów gm. Puławy, Klikawa gm. Puławy, WKU Puławy gm. Puławy, Stężyca gm. Stężyca, Jagodne gm. Stanin, Głusiec gm. Sieciechów.2.Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the SWZ and:- Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e. offer form;- Attachment No. 2a to the SWZ, i.e. detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for Task I;- Attachment No. 2b to the SWZ - list of stopping places for containers for unsorted and sorted municipal waste with the planned schedule for their collection;- Attachment No. 2c to the SWZ - draft provisions of the contract;3.The estimated amount of unsegregated municipal waste from the complexes administered by the 41.Base of School Aviation in Dęblin is:3.1. basic order - 9 445m3. It is expected that the amount of segregated waste collected will be a total of about 797m3. The required quantities and types of containers for the storage of non-segregated and segregated municipal waste, and the requirements imposed on them by the Ordering Party for are as follows:- for non-segregated municipal waste, metal containers are required, with a capacity of 5.5 m3 in the number of 21 pieces, technically efficient, aesthetic with tight lids, easy to handle; - metal or plastic containers with a capacity of 1.1 m3 in the number of 72 pieces. metal containers with a capacity of 7 m³ in the amount of 2 pcs; technically efficient, aesthetic with tight lids, easy to handle; - for segregated waste the following are required: metal or plastic containers ( blue color) with a capacity of 1.1 m3 in the amount of 63 pcs. for paper and cardboard (waste code 20 01 01); and plastic or metal mesh containers, allowing sorting of municipal waste into two types: glass (waste code 20 01 02) and metals and plastics (waste codes 20 01 40 and 20 01 39), with a capacity of 1m3 to 2 m3, technically efficient, easy to handle, aesthetically pleasing, leakproof, in the number of 63 containers for each type of waste sorted.4.The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the option right specified in Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law.5.Acting in accordance with Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract during the entire period of execution of the subject matter of the contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing the following activities during the execution of the contract, the performance of which involves the performance of work as specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code: The Contractor or Subcontractor shall be obliged to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, during the execution of the subject of the contract, persons driving municipal waste collection vehicles. (6) The Contracting Authority does not require personal performance of key parts of the contract by the Contractor. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is specified in the SWZ and:- Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the offer form;- Attachment No. 3a to the SWZ, i.e. a detailed description of the subject matter of the order for Task II;- Attachment No. 3b to the SWZ - a list of staging places for containers for unsegregated and segregated municipal waste with the planned schedule for their collection;- Attachment No. 3c to the SWZ - draft provisions of the agreement;3.The estimated amount of unsegregated municipal waste from the complexes administered by the 41.Base of School Aviation in Dęblin is:Basic order - 147m3. It is expected that the amount of segregated waste collected will be about 28m³. The required quantities and types of containers for the storage of unsegregated and segregated municipal waste and the requirements imposed on them by the Employer for are as follows:- metal or plastic containers with a capacity of 1.1 m3 in the amount of 2 pcs. containers made of metal or plastic ( blue color) with a capacity of 1.1 m3 in the number of 2 pieces, technically efficient, aesthetic with tight lids, easy to handle, on four wheels; - containers made of metal or plastic ( yellow color) with a capacity of 1.1 m3 in the number of 2 pieces, technically efficient, aesthetic with tight lids, easy to handle, on four wheels for paper and cardboard - waste code 20 01 01, metal or plastic containers ( yellow color) with a capacity of 1.1 m3 in the number of 2 pieces. Metal or plastic containers (green in color) with a capacity of 1.1 m3 in 2 pieces, technically operational, aesthetic, with tight lids, easy to handle, on four wheels for metals and plastics - waste code 20 01 40 and 20 01 39, metal or plastic containers (green in color) with a capacity of 1.1 m3 in 2 pieces, technically operational, aesthetic, with tight lids, easy to handle, on four wheels for glass - waste code 20 01 02.4.The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of exercising the right of option specified in Article 441 of the PPL Act.5..Acting in accordance with Article 95 (1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires employment under an employment contract during the entire period of execution of the subject matter of the contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing the following activities during the execution of the contract, the performance of which involves the performance of work as specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code: The Contractor or Subcontractor shall be obliged to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, during the execution of the subject of the contract, persons driving municipal waste collection vehicles. (6) The Contracting Authority does not require personal performance of key parts of the contract by the Contractor.
