Description

The subject matter of the contract includes collection of municipal waste from property owners within the city of Radzyń Podlaski, organization, equipment and operation of a Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) on the area to which the contractor holds a legal title, including operation of a Used Goods Exchange Point , equipping the PSZOK with a computer,internet and a printer and operating a computer program for the operation of the PSZOK (provided by the Ordering Party), operating a Customer Service Office on the territory of the city adapted to serve the disabled, and collecting and managing waste from properties under the management of the City of Radzyń Podlaski.
The subject of the contract is: 1) collection of municipal waste on the territory of the City of Radzyń Podlaski from owners of properties where residents reside;2) organization, equipment and operation of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point on the territory of the City of Radzyń Podlaski (PSZOK), including the Point of Exchange of Used Items;3) transportation of collected municipal waste and waste collected by the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point to waste processing facilities and waste recovery and disposal facilities;4) organization and operation of a Customer Service Office on the territory of the city of Radzyń Podlaski, adapted to serve people with disabilities.The city of Radzyń Podlaski has a population of about 12,220 residents. The estimated number of buildings in single-family housing is 2,700, buildings in multi-family housing is 88. Type of waste and estimated quantity:1) paper - 192.18 Mg, 2 )glass- 284.67 Mg, 3) metals and plastics - 434.92 Mg, 4) biodegradable waste - 1593.58 Mg, 5) ash - 320.18 Mg, 6) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste collected selectively - 856.74 Mg, 7) bulky waste - 189.96 Mg, 8) municipal waste collected at the PSZOK - 408.18 Mg. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order for Part 1 is included in Appendix 1a to the Terms of Reference. The subject matter of the contract is:1) collection of waste from street garbage cans;2) collection of waste from the municipal market;3) collection of waste from the Palace and Park Complex;4) collection of waste from the Radzyń Podlaski Municipal Office;5) collection of waste from the municipal building at ul. Armii Krajowej 2;6) collection of waste from the base of the City Hall at 3 Parkowa Street;7) collection of waste from city cleaning;8) collection of waste from wild dumps; 9) transportation and management of waste at the Municipal Installation or disposal plant. Type and estimated quantity; 1) paper - 10 Mg, 2) glass -10 Mg, 3) metals and plastics - 10 Mg, 4) biodegradable waste - 25 Mg, 5) non-segregated (mixed) waste (other selectively collected) - 185 Mg.
