The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the collection and processing of waste for the entire patrimony of i-mens vzw. The contract consists of renting several types of containers for emptying and removing various waste flows, adapted to each location. An overview of the different locations is attached. The waste products that occur most frequently are residual waste, PMD, paper and cardboard (confidential and non-confidential), glass and organic waste (SWILL). To a more limited extent, there is a need for collection of other raw materials. As described in I.4 Framework Agreement, a distinction is made between 3 types of collection: long-term recurrent collection, long-term on-call collection and one-off collection.In addition to providing the above services, the contracting authority expects tailored advice per location and facilitates the Contractor to improve sustainability and environmental awareness in our organization.Finally, the contracting authority wants to make use of a digital platform of the Contractor to be always aware of the waste management in all locations. This includes a clear collection calendar, request module for collections, reporting options, consulting invoices, etc.
