Description

the purpose of this consultation is to relaunch lots 2 and 3, which were declared unsuccessful during the first consultation 2020d09: - transport and recycling of waste from the waste collection and disposal centre; - transport and co-composting of shredded green waste from the waste disposal centre
firm tranche : - the supply of additional Ampliroll skips required for the transport (by road and sea) of Packaging (before the deployment of the Extensions of Sorting Instructions); - the supply of Ampliroll skips (with rings) required for the transport (by road and sea) of Scrap Metal, Cardboard and Paper flows from the waste collection centre; - the supply of the tipper (or tippers) required for transporting the Gravel; - the transport (including by sea) between the Stang Huète site and the (pre-)treatment/recovery/recycling outlet of the full tippers of the Scrap Metal and Cardboard flows from the waste collection centre; - transport (including by sea) from the Stang Huète site to the Allaire recycling site of full skips of the paper stream from the waste collection centre and of the paper stream from the collection centre; - transport from the Stang Huète site to the (pre-)treatment/recovery/recycling outlet of full skips of the gravel stream - the transport between the Stang Huète site and the sorting centre in Vannes of the skips from the recyclable packaging transfer platform; - the packaging of cardboard (with a view to its delivery to the collector designated by the local authority); - the recovery of scrap metal with a view to its recycling; - the treatment, recovery or recycling of the Gravats; Optional part 1 : the possible supply of skips necessary for the transport of Packaging (once the Extensions of Sorting Instructions are deployed); Optional part 2: the transport and sorting of Packaging on a facility able to ensure the separation/valorisation of the extensions of sorting instructions (Ect); Optional part 3: the transport of Textiles to Pontivy firm part : - Organisation and regulatory/agronomic monitoring of the operation (including the drafting or updating of regulatory files); - Supply of additional Ampliroll skips required to transport the green waste shred; - Transport from the Stang Huète site of the green waste shred to the volunteer farms; - Turning of the windrows (shredding/manure mixture); - Spreading of the compost produced; Optional tranche 1: Drafting of an administrative/regulatory file allowing the use of the shredded material (from green waste deposited at the waste collection centre) in "organic" market gardening
