Description

Purpose of the call for tenders
The University of Sherbrooke wishes to acquire wafer handling equipment. This equipment will be part of the Université de Sherbrooke's equipment and will be installed at the MiQro Innovation Collaboration Centre (C2MI). This equipment will mainly be used to load, unload, turn over and sort 200mm wafers in the context of activities at C2MI and Université de Sherbrooke. The primary research areas targeted are the development of MEMS devices.
