Description

The purpose of the services is to carry out remobilisation actions through sport, job discovery and English language training, as well as certification training as part of a programme of support for jobs mobilised for the organisation of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Implementation of remobilization through sport services based on collective sports activities designed to revitalize and remobilize a group of people on a job coaching programme. The aim of the services is to unite the group being supported as part of the "2024 all champions, all champions" programme. The sports activities taking place in the group must allow the establishment of a collective dynamic. They must also allow the person to be re-energised and to prepare for their return to work, in particular by identifying skills. Each one-day or half-day sports workshop must enable the candidates to be valued and to identify their skills and competences that can be used in their professional career. Organisation, for each registered trainee, of a 7-hour day allowing the discovery of a job in a group. The aim of this service is to prepare the participants' return to work by allowing them to better define their professional project through the discovery of professions. Training in English. This training aims to improve the level of English of the participants in the action 2024 all champions, according to their starting level and their professional project. Training courses enabling trainees: theoretical and practical apprenticeship of a trade, leading to a diploma, certificate or professional title in the construction, building and public works sector; obtaining a diploma, professional title or certificate of professional qualification. The theoretical part of the training corresponds to classroom courses. The practical part of the courses consists of internships in a professional environment. Training courses enabling trainees to: complete theoretical and practical training in a trade, leading to a diploma, certificate or professional title in the organisation sector (marketing, events, sport, transport, logistics, safety, cleaning); obtain a diploma, professional title or certificate of professional qualification. The theoretical part of the training courses corresponds to classroom courses. The practical part of the courses consists of internships in a professional environment. Training courses enabling trainees to: complete theoretical and practical training in a trade, leading to a diploma, certificate or professional qualification in the tourism sector; obtain a diploma, professional title or certificate of professional qualification.
