Description

The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of 73 videoconference sets.2 The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is defined in the draft contract - Attachment No 2 to the ToR and the description of the subject matter of the contract - Attachment No 1 to the ToR.
The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of 73 videoconferencing sets.2 Within the scope of performance of the contract the Contractor shall deliver, bring, assemble in indicated rooms and verify the configuration of the equipment in locations and rooms indicated by the Ordering Party, specified in Attachment No. 4 to the contract.3 The equipment supplied within the scope of performance of the contract must be: brand new, manufactured no earlier than in 2021, technically sound, meet the requirements specified in the OPZ, be delivered with certificates, licenses, declarations of conformity CE or equivalent, warranty cards and manuals in Polish or English. The equipment must be delivered in the manufacturer's original packaging which displays the manufacturer's logo and name, description of contents and catalog number. The equipment must come from the official distribution channel of the manufacturer in the European Union and have a warranty service package directed to users in the Republic of Poland.
