Description

This consultation concerns the implementation of a video surveillance centre for Sagem's rental properties. As part of its desire to better ensure the safety of its tenants and improve their living environment, Sagem has decided to implement a vast plan to secure the halls of its residential buildings, with the deployment of a video surveillance network, entrusted to an operator to monitor the safety of tenants and Sagem's property 24 hours a day.The areas to be mainly monitored are the lobbies of the buildings, the garages of 3 residences as well as the outdoor parks of Romain Rolland. The aim is to be able to identify in real or delayed time any type of event that may occur, and which is likely to create disorder in a rented residence. In addition, Sagem would like to equip some of its garages with cameras (optional units):- Le Bicentenaire,- les Eglantines,- les Pensées.
