Description

- delivery and commissioning in the existing observation point - Olek, long-range camera and the necessary equipment for transmission and control in order to send the image to the forest inspectorate's PAD, - delivery and commissioning in the existing observation point - Janowo, long-range camera and the necessary equipment for transmission and control in order to send the image to the forest inspectorate's PAD,- supply and commissioning in the existing observation point - Kamieniec, long-range camera and necessary transmission and control equipment to transmit the image to the forest inspectorate's PAD, - supply, installation, commissioning of necessary equipment for image observation and control in the Toruń Forest Inspectorate Alarm and Dispatch Point room, - supply and commissioning (in agreement with the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Centrum Kompetencji Cyfrowych Sp. z o.o.), - supply and commissioning (in agreement with the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Centrum Kompetencji Cyfrowych Sp. z o.o. (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Centrum Kompetencji Cyfrowych Sp. z o.o.), - supply, installation, commissioning of necessary equipment for image observation and control in the Toruń Forest Inspectorate's Dispatch and Alarm Point), - supply and commissioning of the equipment (in agreement with the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Centrum Cyfrowych Sp. z o.o. (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Centrum Kompetencji Cyfrowych). z o.o. Conectio) on Kominina Eastside-bis Sp. z o.o. long-range camera and the necessary equipment for transmission and control in order to send the image to the forest inspectorate PAD, - integration of the supplied equipment, in accordance with the requirements presented by the Contracting Authority, - preparation and delivery to the Contracting Authority of as-built documentation together with a list of supplied and installed equipment, - training of employees and maintenance technician operating the fire monitoring system, - provision of warranty service.The contractor is obliged to use the existing telecommunications infrastructure (cable ducts, power supply connections, observation towers and camera support structures) for the purposes of the task being performed - built within the framework of the previously performed tasks. Existing and previously used observation towers are equipped with a roof hatch in order to mount cameras in the cycle of full 360o rotation. The exception is the chimney Boryszew (Eastside-bis Sp. z o.o.), where the camera will be mounted on the side of its shaft. For this reason, the camera will rotate in a 360o angle, but the effective image from the monitoring of forest areas will be narrowed to an azimuth angle of 10-260o. The devices must enable the monitoring of forest areas within a radius of 20 km, in favorable weather conditions, while maintaining high image quality and the equipment used. Elements mounted outside must guarantee proper operation at full range of relative air humidity (from 0 to 100%, in temperature range from -10o C to 50o C) and be resistant to precipitation. The head(s) and video unit(s) (camera + lens) must be integrated and form a compact structure, in a common housing, resistant to weather conditions - mainly wind. The devices must be capable of transmitting HDTV video signal and control, transmitting video from the tower, e.g. via fiber optic cable or digital radio link, in HD quality. The functional requirements of the devices include: - a dedicated dedicated desktop, providing a remote, quick change of operating parameters of the camera with the use of buttons, described in a way that suggests their intended use - functions: "Stop", "auto", route selection, route selection, command recall, by one press of the appropriate button, integrated with a three-axis professional joystick, - possibility to switch from the keyboard Auto Focus function to Manual Focus mode, - automatic switch-off of devices in the tower after an hour from the detection of lack of control, - possibility to program at least 2 automatic observation routes, - possibility to quickly orient the camera to the indicated angle.
