Description

The subject of the invitation to tender is a framework agreement for the supply of video conferencing licenses (on-premise or hybrid solution) including support services for Südwestfalen IT (SIT), its subsidiaries and/or for its affiliated companies (in particular SIT GmbH, citkomm assets GmbH (possibly renamed) and possible further future subsidiaries/affiliated companies) and its member municipalities and districts.
SIT intends to conclude a new framework agreement for the supply of video conferencing licenses (on-premise or hybrid solution) including support services for itself, its subsidiaries and/or its affiliated companies (in particular SIT GmbH, citkomm assets GmbH (possibly renamed) and possible further future subsidiaries/affiliated companies). and possible further future subsidiaries/affiliated companies) and its member municipalities and districts.It must be either an on-premise or a hybrid solution:- On-premise solution: In the case of the on-premise solution, the video conferencing solution is operated in a data center. The components required for operation are operated redundantly in SIT's own two data centers in Siegen.or alternatively- Hybrid solution: In the hybrid solution (mixed operation), parts of the components are operated redundantly in the manufacturer's cloud and others in SIT's own data centers. In this case, contact is established via the bidder's servers, among other things. Both the on-premise and the hybrid solution are expected to have 24-hour operating times, i.e. the product is available 24 hours a day.The tender does not cover the pure cloud video conferencing solution, in which all components belonging to the video conferencing solution are operated entirely in the cloud of the manufacturer/vendor.In addition to the required licenses, German-language support services in the form of first, second and third level support are the subject of the invitation to tender.The Contractor shall provide an online store for the retrieval of services by the Customer. In this online store, it must be possible to call up all the services and products as well as prices specified in the specification of services or the price sheet. The online store must be fully functional as early as 01.11.2022 (0:00 hours). Retrieval must already be possible at this time. The delivery of the licenses themselves shall take place at the start of the contract on 28.11.2022 in the event of prior call-off. In the event of call-off after 28.11.2022, delivery shall take place immediately.Bidders may use the Customer's existing IT infrastructure for the video conferencing solution without incurring any costs. If the bidder requires further hardware in addition to the IT infrastructure provided by the customer for the implementation of its on-premise or hybrid solution offered by it, the corresponding hardware components shall be supplied by the contractor and shall be set up and made available in a functional manner no later than 01.11.2022 (00:00 hours).
