The subject matter of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of a brand new discussion and videoconference system in the building of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister in Warsaw, together with technical and service support for 36 months.
The subject matter of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of a brand new discussion and multi-conference system in the building of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister together with technical and service support for 36 months. Within the scope of the Order, the Contractor shall ensure: 1) Delivery of the System, 2) Implementation of the System including: installation, device/infrastructure configuration, commissioning and functional tests, 3) Installing in the existing cubicles and terminating the optical fibre connection of approx. 3) Connecting and terminating a fiber-optic connection of approx. 60 m in length from the technical room to the Amplification Room (a special technical room, the "back room" of the conference room),4) Preparing implementation and post-implementation documentation, including the software implementation schedule, configuration of the network environment and the System to be implemented,5) Conducting job training for users and System administrators - at least 36 users and 3 administrators.6) Technical and service support for 36 months for the delivered System together with a ceiling elevator for projectors (Ravell W-450, year 2011) and two electric projection screens (Adeo Elegance, year 2011) which are in the possession of the Projector and are elements of the System.
