The subject matter of the contract is the supply of fresh fruit and vegetables. 2 The contract covers the successive supply of fresh fruit and vegetables in accordance with the assortment and in the quantities specified in Attachment No. 1 to the ToR - Offer Form and Attachment No. 1.1 to the ToR - Description of the subject matter of the contract.3The Purchaser reserves the right of option and guarantees to order 30% of the quantity of each assortment included in the table of Appendix No. 1.1. to the ToR, the remaining 70% will be optionally purchased if necessary and within the scope specified by the Purchaser, up to the limit of full use of the gross value of the contract.4The Contractor shall deliver products bearing only marks, attestations and permits allowing these products to be marketed.5. The products subject to the proceedings shall come from current production and shall meet the requirements of: 1) the Act on Food and Nutrition Safety of 25 August 2006. (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2019, No. 1252 as amended);2) the Act of 21 December 2000 on Commercial Quality of Agricultural and Food Products (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2164 as amended).6. The product will be delivered by specialized transport, in accordance with the applicable provisions of law in this respect.7The method of contract execution:1) deliveries will be realized from 3 to 5 days a week2) deliveries will be realized from 7:00 to 11:00,3) the Ordering Party will place consecutive orders, if necessary, by phone and confirmed by fax, in which he will specify: - name and address of the Contractor, - name and address of the Ordering Party, - number and date of the order, - assortment and quantity of goods. 4) the Ordering Party will place consecutive orders by fax, in which he will specify: - name and address of the Ordering Party, - number and date of the order, - assortment and quantity of goods.) The order shall bear the signature of authorized persons and the seal of the Ordering Party; 5) The Economic Operator shall be obliged to confirm the acceptance of orders for execution on copies of the order; 6) The Economic Operator shall be obliged to accept an ad hoc order, with an urgent mode of delivery of the assortments available to it.8. Date and place of order execution: 1) The order completion date - from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2020 or until the amount allocated for this purpose is exhausted.2) The order shall be executed in the registered office of the Ordering Party at the place designated by the latter...
