This assistance is intended to enable young people to take up, continue and successfully complete vocational training for the first time and thus to integrate into the primary labour market. For young people taking part in an introductory qualification (EQ), abH is intended to enable them to successfully complete an EQ and improve their chances of making the transition to subsequent vocational training.

In principle, any company that trains a young person is eligible for support. The support of the company takes place from the start of the training and only as long as the participant is in training with this company. The measure is advertised for the district of Minden-Lübbecke. The contractor is to set up two locations in the district. The training companies are generally located in the district of Minden-Lübbecke. In individual cases, however, companies in neighbouring towns and municipalities may also be training companies. It can be assumed that interviews will also have to be held at the training location. A valid certification for the education sector according to AZAV in accordance with § 178 SGB III is necessary.
