The subject of the invitation to tender is the extension of maintenance licences for software products used from the licensor IBM and the addition of new licences for one product.
Lecos GmbH is a consulting and service company for information technology and telecommunications that operates primarily in the municipal market. Its largest customer is the Leipzig city administration. As a public contracting authority, contracts to be awarded are subject to public procurement law.The submission of bids for this invitation to tender is only envisaged in electronic form. A valid electronic certificate is required to send the bids in electronic form.The subject of the invitation to tender is the extension of the maintenance licences for software products used by the licensor IBM and the addition of new licences for one product.The current maintenance of the IBM software products used by Lecos GmbH is covered by an existing IBM Passport Advantage contract:- Passport Advantage number: 26669- IBM customer number: 844662- Passport Advantage location number: 7488367- Relationship SVP Level: HDThe bidder must provide unequivocal proof that the purchaser actually receives these maintenance rights from the licensor without restriction. This also applies if the licensor does not offer these rights of use itself, but rather a reseller.The bidder must be listed with the licensor IBM as an IBM Business Partner or authorized reseller. Please attach the relevant evidence as Appendix 12.The existing system environment and administration are designed for IBM and Lecos employees are trained for these products. It is not possible from a technical and economic point of view to switch to other products.
