The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and implementation of an electronic archive management system together with delivery, installation and configuration of the hardware infrastructure.2.
The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and implementation of an electronic archive management system together with delivery, installation and configuration of the hardware infrastructure which includes: delivery of the system; delivery, installation and configuration of 2 servers with a disk array; license, installation and configuration of virtualizers on delivered servers and HA virtual cluster environment; start-up of the electronic management system; migration of the record data; training for administrators and users; warranty and technical support.2.The scope of deliveries, specifying the items forming the order, the Ordering Party's requirements regarding technical parameters, is defined in a detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex 2 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.3 Detailed requirements regarding the downloading of Annex 2 and Annex 2A and employment of persons based on a labour contract are included in Section V of SWZ.
