The range of services offered for business process and IT outsourcing should be oriented to the requirements described below:The requested range of services corresponds to a full-service package with the handling of the energy processes in the areas of move-in/out, customer service, billing and receivables management, archiving, printing, shipping and device management; the following services should be provided accordingly by the service provider within the framework of business process outsourcing:- move-in/out processes: comprises the independent handling of the process including the creation of the master data construct customer service: Customer support is provided by telephone and in writing. The process includes, among other things, the processing of returned mail - systemic processing of meter reading data and creation of invoices: The system processing of meter reading data includes the system mapping and maintenance of meter reading dates as well as plausibility checks (extrapolation if necessary) and the import of all meter reading data. The creation of the settlements includes the following process steps: Creation and maintenance of billing-relevant master data and tariff constructs (incl. maintenance of price escalation clauses), calculation of the discount amount, invoicing of invoices, cancellation/correction processing and setting/deleting the billing block. Products to be invoiced are heat, water, electricity, refrigeration, compressed air, steam, leasehold and services, meter rental, metering services, HKVO and tenant flow receivables management: includes regular accounts receivable accounting. The main task is the enforcement of the claims (dunning) of the customer against the customer including insolvency processing and organization of the blocking / unblocking with the external service provider of the customer. Equipment management: comprises the commercial and technical data processing as well as the administration of the analogue and intelligent measuring devices within the scope of storage, logistics, putting into operation and putting out of service, new installation and the change. archiving, printing, dispatch: The archiving process aims to implement the filing of postal and electronic documents received in the system of Energieservice Westfalen Weser GmbH as well as the filing and storage in the system of the contractor according to legal requirements. In addition to business process outsourcing, the necessary IT service ("billing system") is to be provided for this purpose. The service provider's system shall have several interfaces with upstream and downstream systems. These are among other things: - SAP, - SQL data base, - Access data base, - order control system device management (technology still open), - archiving system IBM FileNet, - customer web portal (technology still open). This includes market communication according to GPKE, INVOIC, mass printing and the expansion of full-service services to other clients.
