The amount of the basic auction contract for the three-year period is EUR 907 377,00, of which security charges of EUR 7 712,57 are not subject to rebates, plus VAT in accordance with the law.A possible extension of a maximum of six months is envisaged for an amount of EUR 151 229,50, of which EUR 1 285,43 for security charges, plus VAT.This three-year contract, including any extension for a maximum of 6 months, amounts to a total of EUR 1 058 606,50 of which EUR 8 998,00 for security charges, plus VAT. The amount of the contract will be determined at the time of award and all services, expenses and any other charges relating to the performance of the services covered by this contract will be considered as fully compensated.as regards labour costs, the entity adheres to the interpretation of ANAC highlighted in report no. 2 of 19.3.2014 and therefore competing companies are required to present the cost of personnel in the price analysis. The company awarded the contract may not make any further claims for compensation or indemnification of any kind and species. in particular, with the tender, the successful bidder will adopt these prescriptions in addition to those and the special specifications with the relevant attachments, approved by the Municipality of Cairate with the determination of the Municipality of Cairate no. 272/2019 of the Area Affari Generali Cultura, and will consider the same commitments made in full and total autonomy, thus relieving the municipality of Cassano Magnago of any responsibility in this regard. the contract will last three school years (2019/2020, 2020/2021 and 2021/2022). The Municipality reserves the right, if permitted by the regulations in force, to extend the contract for a maximum of 6 months. If the Municipality does not wish to avail itself of this option, nothing can be requested by the contractor. As for the reduction or extension of the contract, see art. 4 of the special tender specifications. the contract will be awarded through an open procedure, in accordance with art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50./2016, with the method of the most economically advantageous tender, pursuant to Article 95, paragraph 3, letter a), of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, through a call for tenders carried out using the e-procurement platform Sintel of Arca Lombardy Region, ensuring the publicity required by Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and integrations. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel, suspend, revoke the tender or extend its terms if the conditions justifying the measure are met. This procedure and the contractual relations deriving from its award are governed by the provisions of the tender documentation, as well as by Legislative Decree 50/2016, the new Code of Public Procurement, and, where not provided for, by the Italian Civil Code. For those who intend to participate in temporary groupings or consortia, the provisions of Articles 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 shall apply, in case of use, Article 89 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 shall apply.
