Description
The contract is for the organization and development of educational activities, to be made together with services of reception and supervision, for children enrolled in primary schools located in the territory of the Municipality of Ferrara, who intend to use the service of pre-school The service of pre-school is part of a policy of support for the family and responds to social needs particularly felt by families, whose children need to enter school before the start of classes.the service of pre-school and after-school in primary schools is governed by the regulation approved by resolution of the City Council of 31 December.5.2010, Minutes No 10 - Prot. Gen No 40384-10 and subsequent amendments and additions The specific technical arrangements for operating the service are governed by the following provisions of the Special Tender Specifications, which apply from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2022.The contracting authority reserves the right to renew the contract, under the same conditions, for a period of 36 months, for the period 1.1.2023 - 31.12.2025 for an amount equal to EUR 354 480.00, net of VAT and security charges due to risks of interference amounting to EUR 600.00.The contracting authority shall exercise this right by notifying the contractor by certified e-mail at least three months (3 months) before the expiry of the original contract. for the purposes of art. 35, paragraph 4 of the Code, the maximum estimated value of the contract is EUR 708 960.00 net of VAT and security charges.Procedure: open pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 to be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender pursuant to art. 95 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, on the basis of the criteria better specified in the tender specifications.The documentation must be sent in electronic version through the SATER system - telematic trading platform managed by Intercent-er - to the Internet address: https://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it/, in accordance with the procedures indicated in the Tender Rules and Regulations and accompanied by the documents indicated therein. the tender documents are available on the Internet site: http://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it and for viewing the tender, the Specifications and the Technical Specifications also on the client profile at http://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it
