Description

The external advisory service is intended to provide employees and their family members living in the company with information and advice on issues relating to their working and private lives. Telephone advice is available to you free of charge, around the clock (24 hours a day, 365 days a year). The calls are answered by professional and experienced consultants who carefully assess the needs of the callers in order to provide them with the necessary support. The counselling is systemic, solution- and resource-orientated, and is provided by telephone on the following topics: Psychosocial and emotional problems (e.g. stress, relationship problems, addiction problems, grief, anxiety, depression, divorce, conflicts, burnout, etc.) Practical and legal issues (e.g. divorce, debts, childcare, housing, legal advice, etc.).) Support for executives, employees of the staff department personnel of the confidants of severely handicapped and equal people, equal opportunity commissioners, working group addiction of the AOK Nordost: (e.g. telephone advice on management issues, support in difficult management and personnel situations, dealing with conflicts, etc.) The implementation of telephone advice on legal and financial problems can be prematurely removed from the assignment by partial termination of the framework agreement. Access to telephone consultation is direct and confidential. The various occasions for counselling require that a multi-professional team of counsellors is available, and ideally the counsellor can be contacted directly by the person receiving the call. If the person receiving the call does not have the technical expertise required for the caller's request, the call will be forwarded to the person with the required qualifications. If, owing to the specific nature of the caller's concern, direct advice cannot be provided immediately, it must be ensured that an adviser with the appropriate qualifications is called back as soon as possible, but within six hours. The telephone services can be used anonymously by the employees of the AOK Northeast and their family members living in domestic community with the employee. Only the affiliation to AOK Nordost as well as the name of the business unit or affiliation to staff positions (in general) of the employee must be mentioned. In the case of more complex emotional and psychosocial problems, if the appropriately qualified counsellor determines that personal contact is necessary, the client's employee must be offered the opportunity to take advantage of personal sessions in the form of psychosocial counselling (1 to max. 6 sessions of max. 1 hour each). This psychosocial counselling is provided in the vicinity of the employee's place of work or residence and should be scheduled as soon as possible after the need has been identified. Care must be taken to ensure that each consultation session is conducted by a single adviser and that there is only a change of person if this is urgently necessary. The counselling sessions should be conducted by licensed psychotherapists, psychologists or social pedagogues with appropriate qualifications (e.g. additional systemic, gestalt or behavioural therapy training, conversation skills or comparable qualifications). The possibility of personal psychosocial counselling sessions does not exist for family members.
