Description
The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of flu vaccines by the Contractor to the Ordering Party's registered office.2 Brief description of the subject matter of the contract: A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract regarding the vaccines has been specified in appendix no 1 to the SWZ - the offer form.3 The order designation according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV:33651600-4 - vaccines.4 The place of the contract performance: Milenijdzka Str. 4, Warsaw, Poland.5 The detailed conditions for the performance of supplies are specified in the draft agreement constituting appendix no 3 to the SWZ.Deliveries shall be carried out between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Detailed conditions for carrying out the deliveries are specified in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No 3 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).7 The Ordering Party does not allow submitting partial offers.8 The Ordering Party does not allow submitting variant offers.
