The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of vaccines for the Independent Public Healthcare Facility Warszawa Wola-Śródmieście divided into 7 parts. The subject matter of the contract was described in detail in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR (assortment and price form). The quantities of assortment indicated in Annex No. 2 to the ToR serve to determine the value of offers and their comparison. The quantities of assortment were determined with due diligence and take into account the most likely needs of the contracting authority, but these quantities are not binding for the contracting authority during the performance of the contract.
