Description

ENERVIE Vernetzt GmbH builds and operates networks and plants for the distribution of electricity, gas and water in the region of South Westphalia. As a large network company, it is a competent infrastructure service provider in the supply of around 400,000 customers and opens up the electricity and gas network to all network customers and suppliers on a non-discriminatory basis. The subject of this tender is the service contract for meter reading of electricity, gas and water meters in the supply area of ENERVIE Vernetzt GmbH.
The reading is carried out on a rolling basis throughout the year. This involves approx. 400,000 meter readings per year in the entire network area of ENERVIE Vernetzt. The readings are divided into 4 categories: Single reading city, approx. 17 000 pieces, combined reading city, approx. 283 000 pieces, single reading country, approx. 62 600 pieces, combined reading country, approx. 37 100 pieces. The description of the categories can be found in the service specifications which are available with this publication. The number of meter readings on site is reduced by the number of self-readings by the customer, as described in Lot 5 The service provision also includes the independent organisation of the work, including arranging appointments with and other letters to customers and maintaining a service hotline, as well as data transmission and data storage. These are rolling shaft water meter readings (approx. 1,450 pieces) with the main focus on June/July.the reading is carried out manually by 2 persons.the reading is carried out by 2 persons.for the readings, appropriate qualifications must be proven.this type of reading will in future be replaced by radio-controlled reading outside the shaft.the provision of services also includes the independent organisation of the work, including making appointments with and other letters to customers and providing a service hotline as well as data transfer and data storage. The system of customer self-reading is constantly optimised over the period of the contract and can change accordingly. The bidder cannot in any way derive any right from the willingness of the principal to use the customer meter reading tool.
