This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 14 and 19. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million.

The estimated cost range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000.
The period of performance is 365 days.
Solicitation packages will be available on or about 23 May 2019. The tentative date set for bid opening is 25 June 2019 at 2:00 p.m. local time Warwick, RI
Bids must be valid for a minimum of 60 days.

PSN 10364042 Major repairs AIRSTA Clearwater
Base Bid work includes roof and envelope repairs consisting of new membrane roof and exterior wall repairs, frame and sheathing, roof frame repairs and interior finishes at the Safety Building. Electrical work replacing breakers at the Fixed Wing Hanger and the Rotary Wing Hanger. Soffit and exterior wall repairs to the stucco exterior finish, clean and paint exterior walls at the Enlisted Quarters and Galley. Soffit and exterior wall repairs to the stucco exterior finish, remove an existing 3 tab shingle roof to install a new standing seam metal roof with a lightning protection system, install spray foam insulation in the building attic, interior wall partition repairs, and mold remediation at the Officers' Quarters. Remove an existing modified bituminous roof and replace it with a new modified bituminous roof, replace the lightning protection system, replace the gutters and downspouts, provide three (3) new roof top mounted mechanical units, reconfigure ductwork and modify ceilings as required to accommodate at the Medical Clinic.
Optional bid items include:
Option Item 1 - Clean the existing corrugated metal roof, apply an elastomeric coating, install gutter guards and downspouts at the Exchange Building and the Exchange Office Building.
Option Item 2 - Completely remove an existing metal canopy at the Armory and install a new metal canopy, including foundation work.
Option Item 3 - Remove and replace the gutters, downspouts and fascia at the C130 equipment shed. Replace the failed caulking at the seams in the metal roof, and repair cracks in the exterior stucco walls at the water survival building.
PSN 10276005 Repair Water Intrusion - Annex
Base Bid work is to replace the failed sealant between the roof and wall, replace the failed sealant at the windows, replacement of water damaged interior finishes, mold remediation, and repairs to the inoperable windows.

Option Item 1 - Repair the water damaged walls and ceiling in the server room.
