Stadtmitte St. Georgen im Schwarzwald:- Conversion and refurbishment of the municipal underground car parks in St. Georgen,- Stadt St. Georgen, represented by the Mayor, Mr. Michael Rieger,- Ingenieurbauwerke (§ 43 HOAI), work phases 1-9, in stages, initially LP 1-3,- conversions and modernisations (§ 44 HOAI).The city centre of St. Georgen in the triangle Hauptstraße- Bärenplatz Gewerbehallenstrasse-Gerwigstraße is by far the largest part of a so-called "area redevelopment" in the 70s of the last century emerged.In the past 4 decades, numerous changes have been made to the buildings, uses and allocations have changed.
