The services covered by the framework agreement will be carried out as part of the operational development of the Usquare project. Indeed, the government of the Brussels-Capital Region has decided to develop an international student city there. In addition to the university equipment and housing programmes, there are also plans to build family housing, shared equipment and quality public space. The UAA is mandated by the government to ensure the coordination and operational implementation of the Usquare project for the Brussels-Capital Region. As such, it is designated as the contracting authority and contracting authority in charge of implementing this framework agreement, and as the place of supply of services: Brussels-Capital Region on the site of the Ixelles Barracks - located at 5, rue Fritz Toussaint 1050 Ixelles.Duration: This framework agreement covers a period of 9 years Scope of the mission: This contract consists of a framework agreement including at least a complete design mission and the monitoring of the construction of the Usquare site's public space ("Mission A").In addition, within the limits set by this framework agreement, the contracting authority may entrust the successful tenderer with several complementary tasks: Mission A: Mission A concerns the complete task of designing and monitoring the construction of the Usquare project's public spaces on the site of the former Ixelles Barracks. The mission includes all the services related to such a complete mission: landscape, urban and environmental design studies, and infrastructure studies (roads and various networks) related to the proper functioning of public spaces, including all connections to be made with buildings developed by other project management teams, but also coordination, safety and health studies, and finally monitoring the execution and budgetary control of works.Additional tasks: In addition to task A, the contracting authority may order various additional studies, design, support, consultation and/or consultancy contracts to carry out the Usquare site public space development project. the exact scope of these additional tasks cannot be determined at this stage, therefore no minimum quantity can be guaranteed. for a more precise description of any additional tasks, see the technical clauses of the ccs part III.
