Object of these services: Framework contract: drawing up and implementation of a spatial vision to increase the spatial yield in terms of sustainable living and working environments on the one hand and strengthening open space on the other.It is a framework contract which the city of Genk can use.Term: 3 years (additionally 1 x tacitly renewable by 1 year), starting from the conclusion of the contract.It concerns the drawing up and implementation of a spatial vision. The study must provide an answer to the question as to how increasing the spatial yield can contribute to attractive living and working environments on the one hand and strengthening open space on the other.An action plan will be drawn up in order to implement this vision.Both the drawing up of the vision and the associated action plan are part of the basic contract awarded in the first phase of the framework agreement.Additional contracts can be awarded on the basis of the action plan to be drawn up. These assignments may relate to, among other things, drawing up planning instruments (e.g. regulations), in-depth (design) research and vision creation for the purpose of drawing up the future policy plan for the area of Genk. It is a contract with an estimated cost per year of service of up to EUR 70,000.00 including VAT. This amount is provided purely for information purposes and does not involve any obligation on the part of the client regarding the amount to be awarded per year. Consequently, for specific design assignments or for larger files, the boards are free to order these services elsewhere during the term of the contract, without having to pay compensation.Place of performance: Various places in Genk
