France - Upgrading of facilities

Description

The objectives are to- increase the sorting capacity from 11.33 t/h to 17 t/h in nominal flow and 18.7 t/h in peak flow (sorting capacity to 50,000 t/year with 10 sorting shifts/week);- enable the sorting process to be adapted to the new Citéo sorting standards;- benefit from the latest innovative technologies for the automatic sorting of SC waste (mechanical, physical sorting);- obtain recoverable materials (at least meet Citéo's TMPs);- guarantee the best working conditions for all operators;- automate the sorting line as much as possible;- obtain the lowest possible rate of recoverable materials in the waste.The team should be composed of:- an architect, an ICPE + design office specialised in the sorting centre of waste; - a company specialised in the fitting out of waste sorting centres.The design office or the equipment manufacturer should coordinate the various trades that will be involved in the operation (see programme).
