Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of: UAV medium (up to 5 kg) airframe (2 units) - task 1 and UAV medium (up to 5 kg) multi-ircraft (1 unit) - task 2 to the UAV Laboratory for Agriculture for the purpose of the project "Field testing and implementation ground in the county of Przasnysz" RPMA.01.01.00-14-9875/17 for the Institute of Aviation Technology and Applied Mechanics of the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology. The subject of the contract includes: - task 1 - purchase and delivery of medium UAV (up to 5 kg) of an airframe (2 pieces): for photogrammetry (V.1) and for thermovision / night vision / multispectral analysis (V.2),- task 2 - purchase and delivery of medium UAV (up to 5 kg) of a multi-vircuit rotorcraft (1 piece): for photogrammetry / thermovision / multispectral analysis.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included on the orderer's website in the detailed technical specification. The subject of the contract in task 1 includes the purchase and delivery of UAV of a medium (up to 5 kg) airframe (2 pieces): for photogrammetry (V.1) and for thermovision / night vision / multispectral analysis (V.2), including:1. airframe (2 pieces);2. camera 1 integrated with the airframe structure;3. camera 2 integrated with the airframe structure;4. thermal imaging camera;5. multispectral camera;6. lenses: all lenses must have the possibility of manual exposure setting;7. 7. night vision camera with a bracket to be fixed to the camera (electrooptix nivex) and IR illuminator;8. flight control station (2 pieces) with a built-in communication module and a tripod;9. Transport box 1 for a set of aircraft with accessories (2 pieces);10. transport box 2 electronics and optics;11. transport box 3 spare parts;12. GPS RTK precision navigation set (2 sets);13. software for processing and flight planning;14. stationary data processing workstation;15. additional electronics for the workstation;16. additional electronics;17. 160-hour training for 3 people from the service and terrain mapping flights;18. additional requirements: manufacturer's warranty: 24 months, maximum time for spare parts replacement: 3 working days, availability of technical support for 12 months from the date of delivery of the order: from Monday to Friday, in clocks 9-16. A detailed description of the subject of the order was placed on the Ordering Party's website in the detailed technical specification. The subject of the order in task 2 includes the purchase and delivery of medium UAV (up to 5 kg) of a multi-ircraft (1 piece): for photogrammetry / thermovision / multispectral analysis, and in it min.:1. a multi-ircraft with four engines;2. spare parts - a set of exchangeable arms (2 pieces); a set of exchangeable landing gear (1 set);3. flight attendant station;4. control apparatus;5. batteries (4 pieces);6. thermal imaging camera;7. zoom camera;8. precision GPS RTK navigation set;9. automatic rescue system;10. universal camera holder;11. portable workstation;12. 160-hour training for 3 people from the service and terrain mapping flights;13. additional requirements:- manufacturer's warranty: 24 months,- maximum time of spare parts replacement: 3 working days,- availability of technical support for 12 months from the date of order delivery: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
