Description
The subject of the contract is the supply of fuel for Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.
The subject matter of the contract is:1) successive, non-cash sale by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of liquid fuels for refuelling of official vehicles used by the Industrial Development Agency S.A. using electronic fuel cards delivered to the Ordering Party by the Contractor;2) non-cash sales by the Contractor to the Ordering Party using fleet cards of vehicle consumables;3) non-cash provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party using fleet cards of company vehicle washing services;4) non-cash payments for driving on toll motorway sections within Poland for company vehicles.
