Contractor to perform services as an Expert Advisor who will travel to Kiev, Ukraine, and to Geneva, Switzerland, on an intermittent basis, to provide advice to Ukraine's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT) and to support Ukraine's mission to the WTO Ukraine for WTO trade negotiations, in particular negotiations involving agricultural and/or food products, and for WTO dispute settlement procedures, especially disputes involving SPS issues. The work of this expert will be closely coordinated with the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine. Also, the expert will report to a CLDP Senior Counsel based in Washington, DC on Agriculture Negotiations and Disputes Involving Sanitary and Phytosanitary Issues (WTO) performing for the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.
