United Arab Emirates - UAE - Expo 2020 Electronic Seal Tracking system (ESTS)

Description

You must be able to provide a tracking solution to monitor the transit of service delivery vehicles.

They will be travelling from secure off-site Remote Screening Areas (RSA) or an Expo 2020 bonded warehouse to the Expo 2020 site.

Around 1,200 vehicles per day will need to be tracked, between midnight and 6am, at a peak rate of 300 vehicles per hour.

The ESTS must:

- operate using Global Positioning System (GPS)
- be based on either a magnetic tracker solution or a unit that is placed within the cab of the vehicle
- apply geo-fencing to detect when the vehicle has left a pre-defined route
- track, monitor and analyse the entire vehicle journey and provide alerts in the event of abnormal activity

You must be able to carry out:

- supply
- design
- detailed engineering
- fabrication
- installation of hardware, software and cabling
- labour and supervision
- testing and commissioning
- operator training
- provision of systems documentation for the entire ESTS

You should be prepared to consider a leasing model appropriate to the temporary nature of Expo 2020’s requirements.
