"Supply and installation of high efficiency cogeneration units cooperating with existing technological systems in Heat Plants in Barlinek and Myślibórz".
The subject matter of the contract is supply and installation of a source of highly efficient cogeneration units in Barlinek on plot no. 733 and 2096/2, precinct 1, located at ul. Św. Bonifacego 25, together with provision of maintenance service in the guarantee period. The subject of the contract is the design, supply and installation of a source of electrical energy and heat based on a cogeneration system with electrical power below 1 MW, consisting of a high-efficiency generation unit in which the driving unit will be a combustion piston engine, fuelled with natural gas type E (GZ50). The equipment should be located in a designated room in the existing building of the Heat Plant in Barlinek on level 0. The order covers the supply, installation and start-up of a complete system for cogeneration of electricity and heat for continuous operation. Produced energy will be discharged into heat and power network and resold. The subject of the contract on the electrical side also includes the installation of the necessary transformers and switchgears for the gas cogeneration system (hereinafter referred to as GUK), control and instrumentation systems, installations and other elements necessary for the operation of GUK. In terms of heat management and heat recovery, the Contracting Authority expects a complete installation, flue gas discharge systems, exchanger stations, pumping systems and installations that enable the achievement of objectives contained in this PFU. GUK should meet the conditions for high-efficiency gas cogeneration specified in Polish and EU legislation. It will be designed for continuous operation with full load, i.e. throughout the year with breaks resulting only from the required, as per recommendations of the engine manufacturer, downtime for maintenance work. The scope of construction works includes the execution of a complete cogeneration system cooperating with the existing infrastructure of the heating system belonging to SEC Region Sp. z o.o. and with the network of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. The basic purpose of the construction and subsequent operation of a high-efficiency cogeneration system powered by natural gas type E (GZ-50) is: the production of electricity and heat with the most effective possible use of the chemical energy contained in the gas fuel, limiting the impact of the combustion of fuels for energy production on the natural environment. Local inspection will be possible at the following places and dates: - Heating plant Barlinek: 25 Św. Bonifacego St., 74-320 Barlinek on 03.01.2022 or 11.01.2022 at 12.00-13.30 p.m. (after previous announcement of arrival at phone number 661 911 019) Participation in local inspection is voluntary and lack of participation will not cause rejection of offer.The Contracting Authority shall convene the meeting of contractors within the meaning of art. 136 par. 1 of the PPL in order to clarify the content of the To the meeting of contractors, any interested entity can participate, regardless of their status in the proceedings, i.e. questions asked or willingness to participate. After the meeting the Contracting Authority shall prepare information containing the questions asked at the meeting to clarify the content of the ToR and answers to those questions, without indicating the sources of the questions. The order covers the delivery, assembly and start-up of a complete system for co-generation of heat and electrical energy intended for continuous operation.
