announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written

Vendor needs to provide 1 XRAY machine from the approved TSA list (see attached) that meets the following minimum characteristics:
Tunnel Dimensions 30"W x 22"H to 32"W x 24"H; Overall dimensions 102.2" x 53" x 58" to 104.2" x 55" x 60"; Conveyor height from floor 28" to 30"; FWD and REV belt direction; Wheel mounted; Minimum of two monitors; Dual View X-ray inspection system; Minimum of 6 color imaging; Continuous scanning; Continuous zoom to minimum 64 power; Zoom panning; High penetration function; Network ready; Organic & inorganic imaging; Operating training program; Print image capable; Sensitivity minimum of 38 AWG; Contrast sensitivity minimum 24 visible levels and 4096 gray level; Radiation leakage lees than 0.1mR/hr; Entry & exit roller tables minimum 3' to 4' feet long, must match belt height; Must be better suited to detecting weapons, explosives, plastic explosives, as well as Narcotics, liquids, and other threat items including bullets, knives, sharp objects, and pieces of metal.
