Required scope of work: a) removal of dimmed, defective fruit trees; b) thinning of crowns from old, sick branches, etc.; c) removal of non-fruit trees (self-sowing birch, hornbeam, etc.); d) removal of branches from trees surrounding and hanging over the orchard (according to the Customer's instructions).3. The Orderer (representative - hunting ranger with a forester or sub-forester competent territorially with regard to the location) will show the places intended for the treatment.4 The quantitative and qualitative acceptance of the works will be made by the hunting ranger with a forester or sub-forester competent territorially with regard to the location, on the "report of acceptance of works" form. The acceptance report shall be the basis for issuing an invoice for the services performed by the Contractor.5 In order to thin the crowns from old, sick, etc. branches, it is advisable to use a pruning shear on the boom.6 The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have efficient equipment and auxiliary tools and to have appropriate approvals and authorizations to use them.
