This type of testing and training must close to what the personnel will encounter in military and maritime operations. This means that the treadmill must be able to test and train personnel with full packing, clothing and equipment. It is important that the operating personnel during testing do not suffer unnecessary load damage because of the treadmill's inherent qualities.
