The subject of the order is to provide logistic service during scientific summer workshops for students of secondary schools from the Małopolska Region within the project "Małopolska Educational Cloud - a new model of teaching", which consists of: providing accommodation, food, transport, care, staff coordinating the course of the realization of the subject of the order, insurance, ensuring the realization of the scientific program, purchase and delivery of office (didactic) materials, printing of certificates confirming participation in the workshops, taking photos from the realization of the workshops, as well as purchase and delivery of didactic aids for the participants of the workshops in the form of 17 external discs.2Summer workshops will be organized for up to 859 students from 82 secondary schools in the Małopolska Region, who will participate in didactic classes at 8 universities. Classes will be conducted in 17 thematic areas assigned to individual universities.17 of the subject areas:- computer science (AGH University of Science and Technology, Higher School of Tourism and Ecology in Sucha Beskidzka),- physics (AGH University of Science and Technology),- biology (Jagiellonian University), (Agricultural University),- mathematics (Jagiellonian University),- geography (Jagiellonian University),- developing teamwork skills in the context of the working environment (Jagiellonian University),- legal methods of problem solving (Jagiellonian University)- English language (Pedagogical University, State Higher Vocational School in Tarnów),- German language (Pedagogical University),- French language (Pedagogical University),- Chemistry (Cracow University of Technology, State Higher Vocational School in Tarnów),- Entrepreneurship (University of Economics),- Mathematics with accounting elements (University of Economics)3. The planned date of the summer workshop is 28.06.2020 - 3.07.2020 - 17 thematic areas, up to a total of 859 pupils4. The terms and conditions of order execution contain a specimen agreement which is attached as Annex 3 to the siwz5.
