Description

In order to promote Lower Austria's tourist offer on the German market, the client plans to carry out a river cruise "River Road Show" (RRS). The RRS is planned as a multi-day river cruise (maximum 10 days) from Cologne to Krems an der Donau in April, May or June 2021, during which the province of Lower Austria will present its tourist products. The following stations are planned: Cologne, Frankfurt, Regensburg and Krems an der Donau ("Stations"). For the implementation of the RRS, the client is looking for a tour operator who can provide an overview of the following services with overall responsibility: (i) organising and carrying out a river cruise on a suitable vessel;(ii) providing the services normally offered in the context of luxury river cruises;(iii) catering for participants;(iv) organising and carrying out events on board with catering. The description of services according to the tender document, in particular according to the list of services, shall apply.
