Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of an agency service of selling railway tickets in the name and on behalf of the Ordering Party at the place of providing agency ticket sales at Suchedniów station.2 The Ordering Party does not provide for the division of the contract into tasks, does not allow for partial bids, does not allow for alternative bids.3 The Ordering Party, during the performance of the contract, will have the right to use the right of option, consisting in extending the contract performance period by a maximum of 12 months from the original date.4If the Contracting Authority decides to exercise the option right, it shall provide the Contractor - no later than 30 days before the end of the period for which the contract will be concluded - with a written statement on exercising this right, including in particular the period during which the Contractor will perform the contract under the option right.6. Detailed provisions in this respect are included in the model contract.
