Description

Provision of transport services in the field of transport of children and pupils to schools and kindergarten: - Władysław Broniewski Primary School No. 3 in Środa Śląska - route I, - Polish Nobel Prize winner Primary School in Ciechów and Public Kindergarten in Ciechów - route II, - Władysław Broniewski Primary School in Środa Śląska - route I, - Polish Nobel Prize winner Primary School in Ciechów and Public Kindergarten in Ciechów - route II. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Terms of Reference.
1) The subject of this contract is the provision of transport services in the field of transport of children and pupils on the route from the bus stop from the towns from which children/pupils are transported to Władysław Broniewski Primary School No. 3 in Środa Śląska and back from 1 September 2020 to 30 June 2022 on all school days, according to the calendar of the school year 2020/2021, 2021/2022 established by the Regulation of the Minister of National Education. The contractor shall provide transport services based on open lines with priority for children and students. The service includes travel on monthly tickets.2) The transport will be provided to students attending Władysław Broniewski Primary School No. 3 in Środa Śląska.3) Supervision over the transported children and students, especially in terms of ensuring safety (care of children and students when getting on, off and during the journey belongs to the Contractor). The driver cannot be a guardian at the same time, there must be a driver and a guardian on the bus.4) Transportation of children and students will be carried out by vehicles admitted to traffic according to the valid regulations on road traffic and passenger transport and properly marked, ensuring necessary safety and comfort of driving. They must be kept clean and aesthetic both inside and outside. The Contracting Authority shall ensure the right to check the cleanliness of vehicles.5) In the event of a breakdown in the vehicle designated for the task, the Contractor shall provide a substitute vehicle meeting the relevant technical requirements in road traffic.6) Children and schoolchildren shall be taken to classes at least 5 minutes before they start. The time of the student's (child's) journey from home to school and back may not exceed 1 h.7) The Contractor, whose offer will be selected, shall immediately receive a photocopy of the students' and children's names list with current information on the hours of their transportation to the Władysław Broniewski Primary School No. 3 in Środa Śląska and the hours of their transportation from the Władysław Broniewski Primary School No. 3 in Środa Śląska to home. On the basis of the list, the Contractor is obliged within 2 days to prepare a timetable for the school year 2020/2021, 2021/2022 and deliver it to the principal of the Władysław Broniewski Primary School No. 3 in Środa Śląska for acceptance by the Ordering Party. In the second half of the school year 2020/2021, 2021/2022 the hours of start and end of classes may be changed, at the latest 7 days before the start of transport, i.e. during the inter-semester break (winter holidays), the Contractor will receive information about changes in the timetable. In other cases of organizational changes in the school, the Contractor shall be informed about them on the day preceding the change at the latest. In the month in which the winter holidays are planned, monthly ticket prices shall be reduced by 35%. In the holiday months (Christmas and Easter), the discount will be 10%.8) The Contractor shall charge a monthly fee for the service of transporting children and pupils in the amount resulting from the calculation of the average cost of monthly transport and removal of one pupil/child, according to the list presented by the Principal of the Karol Szymanowski Primary School. The Contractor undertakes to employ drivers with full qualifications and to provide and maintain rolling stock in the amount allowing for proper execution of the agreement. 1) The subject of this contract is to provide transport services in the field of transport of children and pupils on the route from the bus stop to the Polish Nobel Primary School in Ciechów and to the Public Kindergarten in Ciechów and back from 1 September 2020 to 30 June 2022 on all school days, according to the calendar of the school year 2020/2021, 2021/2022, established by the Regulation of the Minister of National Education. On the basis of the list, the Contractor is obliged, within 2 days, to draw up a timetable for the school year 2020/2021, 2021/2022 and deliver it to the Principal of the Polish Nobel Primary School in Ciechów and to the Principal of the Public Kindergarten in Ciechów for acceptance by the Principal. In the second half of the school year 2020/2021, 2021/2022 the start and end hours of classes may be changed, at the latest 7 days before the start of transport, i.e. during the inter-semester break (winter holidays), the Contractor will receive information about changes in the schedule of classes. In other cases of organizational changes in the school, the Contractor shall be informed about them on the day preceding the change at the latest. The contractor shall provide transport services based on open lines with priority for children and students. The service includes travel on monthly tickets. 2) The transport will be provided for students attending the Siberian Primary School in Rakoszyce. 3) Supervision over the transported children and students, especially in terms of safety (care of children and students when getting on, getting off and during the journey belongs to the Contractor). The driver cannot be a guardian at the same time, there must be a driver and a guardian on the bus. 4) Transportation of children and students will be carried out by vehicles admitted to traffic according to valid regulations on road traffic and passenger transport and properly marked, ensuring necessary safety and comfort of driving. They must be kept clean, with a view to their internal and external appearance. The Contracting Authority shall ensure the right to check the cleanliness of vehicles.5) In the event of a breakdown in the vehicle designated for the task, the Contractor shall provide a substitute vehicle meeting the relevant technical requirements in road traffic.6) Children and schoolchildren shall be taken to classes at least 5 minutes before they start. In the second half of the school year 2020/2021, 2021/2022, the start and end times of classes may be changed at the latest 7 days before the start of the transport, i.e. during the inter-semester break (winter holidays), the Contractor shall receive information about the changes in the schedule. In other cases of organizational changes in the school, the Contractor shall be informed about them on the day preceding the change at the latest. The contractor shall provide transport services based on open lines with priority for children and students. The service includes travel on monthly tickets. 2) The transportation will be provided to students attending the Primary School in Szczepanów and pre-school children.3) Supervision over the transported children and students, especially in terms of safety (care of children and students when getting on, off and during the journey belongs to the Contractor). The driver cannot be a guardian at the same time, there must be a driver and a guardian on the bus.4) Transportation of children and pupils will be carried out in vehicles admitted to traffic in accordance with applicable regulations on road traffic and passenger transport and properly marked, ensuring necessary safety and comfort of driving. They must be kept clean and aesthetic both inside and outside. The Contracting Authority shall ensure the right to check the cleanliness of vehicles.5) In the event of a breakdown in the vehicle designated for the task, the Contractor shall provide a substitute vehicle meeting the relevant technical requirements in road traffic.6) Children and schoolchildren shall be taken to classes at least 5 minutes before they start. On the basis of the list, the Contractor is obliged, within 2 days, to prepare the timetable for the school year 2020/2021, 2021/2022 and deliver it to the Principal of the Primary School in Szczepanow for acceptance by the Principal. In the second half of the school year 2020/2021, 2021/2022 the hours of start and end of classes may be changed, at the latest 7 days before the start of transport, i.e. during the inter-semester break (winter holidays), the Contractor will receive information about the changes in the schedule. In other cases of organizational changes in the school, the Contractor shall be informed about them on the day preceding the change at the latest. In the month in which the winter holidays are planned, monthly ticket prices shall be reduced by 35%. In the holiday months (Christmas and Easter), the discount will amount to 10%.8) The Contractor shall receive monthly remuneration for the service of transporting children and pupils in the amount resulting from the calculation of the average cost of monthly transport and removal of one pupil/child, according to the list presented by the Principal of the Primary School in Szczepanow (it is allowed to change the number of transported pupils/children).9 The Contractor undertakes to employ drivers with full qualifications and to provide and maintain rolling stock in the amount allowing for proper performance of the agreement.
