Description

The subject of the order is the purchase of one-year full third party liability and AC insurance of vehicles and their accessories in motion and at rest (also against theft) without own contribution and franchise of both the amount, percentage and kilometre, with the abolished depreciation, NNW (drivers and passengers) and Assistance, for 655 company vehicles operated in the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as "ARMA" or "Purchaser"), including 645 cars and 10 car trailers.2The list of vehicles of the Agency for the Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (according to the division into the Head Office and Regional Branches) that will be covered by the insurance is attached as Annex 1 to the Tender Form constituting Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the "ToR").3. All vehicles are equipped with factory-fitted car-alarms and immobilisers.4All vehicles are parked in closed garages or guarded parking lots.5 The form of loss adjustment shall take place without cash between the workshop cooperating with the Insurer and the Insurer.6 When settling the total loss, the Insurer shall take over the damaged vehicle.7 Each amount qualified for payment of ARMA by the Insurer for loss adjustment shall be a gross amount, including due VAT.8The Insurer shall not apply a reduction in the sum insured after a loss from AC insurance, which means that the sums insured for vehicles are not reduced by the indemnities paid.9 The insurance must cover one year's full insurance coverage valid from the day following the date of termination of policies resulting from Annex 1 to the Agreement, throughout the country, in respect of the entire country: Liability, AC against all risks in traffic and standstill (also against theft) without own contribution and franchise of both the amount, percentage and kilometre, NNW (driver and passenger) the value (sum) of NNW insurance for the driver and individual passengers of each vehicle amounts to 20 000 PLN.10. Assistance covering assistance not only resulting from a road collision on the territory of the whole country. The minimum scope is:11. Insurance policies will be sent by the Insurer to the Head Office and 16 Regional Branches where they will be signed by authorized representatives listed in Annex 2 to the Agreement.12 The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of servicing the agreement in question through another entity (e.g. a broker).13. Additional requirement: Having a "Direct Loss Loss Relief System (BLS)" is an optional requirement, which is additionally scored in accordance with the qualitative criteria for evaluation of offers, as defined in Chapter XI point 1(2) of the ToR. Should the Contractor have such a system, the Contractor shall be obliged to directly eliminate the damage during the performance of the contract.14 The Contracting Authority requires that the subject matter of the contract be performed according to the terms and conditions specified in the specimen Agreement with appendices, which constitutes Appendix 5 to the ToR.
