Description

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task entitled: "Reconstruction of tram infrastructure in Świętochłowice within Chorzowska Street to Karola Goduli Street in Ruda Śląska (extension of the second track)". - Task No. 5.1 within the framework of the Project entitled: "Integrated project of tram infrastructure modernization and development in the Silesian-Zagłębie Agglomeration together with the purchase of tram rolling stock - stage II" co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund within the framework of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment in the perspective of the EU 2014-2020. The task includes reconstruction of the tram track together with the traction network from Karola Goduli Street in Ruda Śląska to the junction of Chorzowska Street with Bytomska Street in Świętochłowice. The section includes about 5 300 mtp. The track from the height of the Planty Piaśniki entry to ul. św. Jana is a two-track line, separated in a classical construction, subgrade on sleepers. In the area of crossings, junctions and pedestrian crossings, the surface is made of EPT-type slabs, large-size slabs, paving stones and bituminous surfaces. The track on the remaining part of the investment is a single-track line with the construction described above.
