Description

The aim is to purchase training in the proper treatment of patients for health care and educational staff in public hospitals. This training is intended to enable them to adopt a well-treating attitude and practices in the daily care of patients and residents. The aim is to purchase FPTLV training services on the theme "professionalisation of the training function". The expected training will have to include the following two modules, which can be followed independently by the agent:- Module No. 1 "Building and following one's training plan". Module intended for all those involved in the process of drawing up and monitoring the training plan: human resources managers, training managers or officers, senior and/or local management, staff representatives. This module is intended for anyone involved in the process of drawing up and evaluating the training plan and its actions: human resources managers, training managers or officers, senior and/or local management, staff representatives, quality assurance officers, professionals in the field.
