The subject of the order is to prepare, organize and conduct training courses for 200 public administration employees involved in the lawmaking process in the field of data analysis within the framework of regulatory impact assessment. The order is realized within the framework of the project entitled "Conducting trainings for public administration employees in the field of data analysis within the framework of regulatory impact assessment", co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund (Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development, Priority Axis II. Effective public policies for labor market, economy and education, Measure 2.16. Improvement of the lawmaking process).2. Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constitutes attachment No. 1 to the SWZ, and the contract will be executed under the terms and conditions specified in the Draft Contract Provisions, constituting attachment No. 2 to the SWZ.
