Description

The subject of the contract is to provide training services in the field of training courses with elements of self-promotion for doctoral students within the project implementation: "Lower Silesian leaders of Medicine - implementation of an integrated programme for improving the competences of students, doctoral students, teaching and administrative staff of the Piastów Śląski Medical University in Wrocław". (Grant agreement no. POWR.03.05. 00-00-Z085/17-00) for the needs of the Medical University of Wrocław.2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in appendix no. 2 to Siwz Part 1. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the contract are specified in the model agreement (appendix no. 8 to Siwz).3. The Contractor will implement the subject of the contract from the date of signing the agreement until 30 June 2020. The Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the above deadline to the end of 2020, if it is not possible to carry out training courses included in the subject of the contract until 30 June 2020. Training courses included in the subject matter of the contract shall be held on dates consistent with the training schedule, which the Contractor and the Contracting Authority shall agree upon after bilateral signing of the contract. 1. (Grant agreement no. POWR.03.05. 00-00-Z085/17-00) for the needs of the Medical University of Wrocław.2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in appendix no. 2 to Siwz Part 4. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the contract are specified in the model agreement (appendix no. 8 to Siwz).3. The Contractor will implement the subject of the contract from the date of signing the agreement until 31 March 2021. Training courses included in the subject of the contract shall be held on dates consistent with the training schedule, which shall be agreed between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority upon mutual signing of the contract.
