United States - TRAILER REPLACEMENT

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 70Z02819Q7CH003 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This requirement is solicited using full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 321991 Manufactured Home (Mobile Home) Manufacturing with a Small Business Size of 500. The basis of award will be Best Value.
The purpose of this solicitation is for two (2) full mobile home trailers with the following requirements in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW). Each trailers shall include Five (5) bedrooms, Three (3) full bathrooms, dining room, living room, and kitchen area with appliances. The appliance shall include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and air conditioning. The trailers footprint shall be NO more than 2200 sq. ft. (28'X 76') The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the removal and demolition of three (3) existing trailers, and installation of the two (2) new trailers at the U. S. Coast Guard Station Tybee in Savannah, GA. It is highly recommended to visit the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the trailer area, along with reviewing the entire Scope of Work to discuss the specifics of the SOW. The site visit dates are JUNE12 and 13, 2019 at 9:00 am. The facility shall remain in operation throughout performance of the project. Contractor access to the site area shall be limited to 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Site access is not permit over the weekends without prior written approval of the POCs/Quality Assurance (QA).
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, whose offer conforming to the solicitation and Scope of Work, and most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:

Proposals shall be submitted on the offeror/vendor/contractor letterhead via email or fax
Proposals shall be 20 pages or less
The deadline for any questions concerning the contract or project is June 20, 2019
