this contract refers to the drawing up of digital topographic plans; for the needs of angers Loire Métropole, the City of angers, the Commune of Sainte-Gemmes-Sur-Loire, the Commune of Feneu, the Commune of Saint-Clément-De-La-Place and the Commune of Plessis-Grammoire, members of the group of ordersThis contract is awarded by Angers Loire Métropole acting as coordinator of a grouping of orders, formed on the basis of the "supplies and services" agreement of 5 May 2021.Angers Loire Métropole is responsible, in this capacity, for the award procedure on behalf of the other members as well as for signing and notifying the contract, with each member of the grouping then taking over the performance of the contract for its own needs
