Description

(1) The subject matter of the contract is successive supplies of consumable materials for printers for the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences of Wrocław University. The subject matter of the contract is successive supplies of consumables for printers for the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences of the University of Wrocław. 3. Dawida 1, Wrocław Deliveries will be made according to the Ordering Party's current needs.6The order shall be executed with due diligence and in compliance with all requirements included in the SWZ (Terms of Reference), Annexes and possible Information for Bidders. The order shall be delivered within 6 working days from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. The delivery time is counted from the next working day after sending the order by the Ordering Party. The order will be sent in electronic form by the persons indicated in Attachment No. 4 to SWZ template Agreement. 7. 7 The offer must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire assortment of the subject matter of the contract. The Economic Operator is obliged to submit a tender whose content will allow the Contracting Authority to verify the tender in terms of its compliance with the contents of the ToR. The contents of the Economic Operator's Tender must correspond to the contents of the Terms of Reference. Therefore, the Economic Operator is obliged to clearly specify the printer supplies offered in Appendix 3a to SWZ - Assortment and Pricing Form, characterizing them by indicating (according to the detailed requirement set by the Contracting Authority) the manufacturer, model and capacity for which the offer is submitted and, in case of offering equivalent solutions, the name of the offered supplies, manufacturer, model and capacity. 8. The subject matter of the contract must be new, free of physical and legal defects, and not subject to third-party rights. Supplied materials must meet all applicable safety standards of Polish and European Union regulations, have all legally required approvals and certificates, and be delivered in original factory packaging. The Ordering Party does not demand a deposit
