Description
The Centre de services scolaires des Premières-Seigneuries wishes to retain the services of a construction contractor for the repair of washrooms at its Primerose school.
Mainly, the work consists of the repair of the building's washrooms and the replacement of all the sanitary appliances and tanks.
A site visit, not mandatory, will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at 155 Bessette Street, Quebec City, Quebec G1C 7A7.
Timeline for completion
June 28, 2021 to August 13, 2021 (construction site)
Accuracy on the work schedule
The contractor may request a derogation from the CCQ in order to be able to work during construction holidays. Failure to comply with this request will result in the contractor having to assume the cost of accelerating the work to meet the schedule.
Completion date: August 13, 2021. (construction site)
On August 21, 2020, provisional acceptance and filing of completion documents. (TQC, maintenance manuals, letters of guarantee, ETC).
