Description

The subject of the order is the supply of laboratory apparatus and equipment constituting equipment for the Center for Innovative and Sustainable Horticultural Technologies (CIZTO). A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the order. The required apparatus and equipment is brand new, free of physical and legal defects, with appropriate certificates, meeting all applicable legal standards. The Contractor shall provide warranty service for the supplied apparatus and equipment. The warranty service will be provided at the Purchaser's premises. In the event that on-site repair at the Ordering Party's site is not possible during the warranty period, shipping/transportation costs shall be borne by the Contractor. The Contractor shall deliver, bring in and install the apparatus and equipment at the Ordering Party's site at its own expense. The Contractor shall commission the apparatus and equipment and provide instruction to the Ordering Party's employees. Together with the apparatus and equipment, the Contractor will provide manuals in Polish and warranty cards.
The apparatus shall enable analysis of morphological features and 2D and 3D measurements. The Contractor undertakes to provide a warranty under individual packages for at least the period indicated in Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. A device from the group of microtomes with a vibrating blade designed for cutting fresh biological preparations. The Contractor undertakes to provide a guarantee within the framework of individual packages for at least the period indicated in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. Free-standing device equipped with a semi-automatic microtome mechanism.
